"Purchased a harness for my dog at the Newark Ave location at 4pm yesterday and was told upon attempting to return at the Central Ave location around noon that I need to return at the store at which I made the purchase. That is not the posted policy and not, it seems, the employees understanding of the return policy since I asked if I could return the item if the sizing was off. I had the receipt, tags were still in the item and I was well within the 24 hour return window. I will not shop here again. Either honor your posted policy or change the policy."
